Books : Feeling Loved: The Science of Nurturing Meaningful Connections and Building Lasting Happiness by Jeanne Segal

I was looking for information on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Post Traumatic Growth and one of the articles I found had a link to this book. Available on kindle for a bit less than Rs 300.

I liked the idea of healing stress with love. And the difference between being loved and feeling loved.

I am at the very beginning of this book, so this is not a review.

I have seen spiritual people feeling loved by bhagawān and/or by guru. And of course people who feel loved by family and friends. And people who cannot feel the love others have for them.

It looks like an interesting and useful book esp. for those who feel a need to balance their fourth/heart cakra.
