maramarālu (telugu) or muri (kannada) is the name for puffed white rice, that is slightly salted and crunchy.
Soak some freshly grated or cut veggies like carrots, capsicum, tomatoes, onions etc., in freshly squeezed lemon juice for a few minutes. Garnish with sime fresh coriander.
Add maramaralu, a little salt, roasted peanuts and a few drops of honey.
Add some cold pressed mustard oil. ( kacchi ghani ). Mix it up.
Is delicious and us very healthy.
Some folks add Green chilies and tamarind-jaggery paste. It’s all good.
