I love and recommend playing games.

I had learned table tennis when young, and even now I love playing T.T. and badminton when there is an opportunity.

It’s good for the body and for the mind.

Not all Indian families encourage games. And some folks can transform even playing into work.

I read that swāmī vivēkānanda enjoyed skateboarding when in U.S.A.

The body must be kept clean and healthy. The mind must be kept pure and happy.

Playing helps us enormously.

I wonder whether RSī: also played? We hear that the bābā of śirdī used to play with children.
